Experimenting..

So today I decided I was going to play with some photos and put them on some ceramic tiles I had laying around.  I had attempted this once before, and it hadn't turned out so well.

Here's today's attempt.  It actually has a linen finish but you can't see it.

This was the first attempt, with one of my best girls, Sherry.  Guess it was better than I thought. This was a gift for a friend of hers.  Really it was all her idea. <3

Long time, no see!

Wow, I can't beleive how long it has been.  There have been so many life changing events in the time that I have been gone.  Mostly not good, but we won't dwell in the past.  It's time to get things up and running again, and I've got some new projects I'm working on, one of them being photo tiles.

I've been so busy the last few months.  I've taken up college courses and am completing a degree in photography and web media.  Photography is my real passion.  I love it!  I think I'll have to post some up for all to see.  Well, here's a couple of my fav's.

Also, if you haven't checked them out yet, I've been working on awareness jewelry.  The page isn't finished yet, but there's a couple pics.  So go check them out!

I look forward to a new year with new beginnings.  May yours be healthy and prosporous!

Wow!

The store is growing and changing! As I learn my way around I am adapting to what I hear a lot of moms requesting. I've got a lot of new items already in the store, and some more on the way. I've added satin ruffle ribbon along with some new grosgrain products, and added a ton more colors and patterns to choose from.
New today I have added birthstone bracelets! I use genuine pearls or shell, whichever is preferred, along with pure sterling silver findings and authentic Swarovski crystal. They turn out absolutely stunning!
In addition, I will be making "Cranio" bracelets. These bracelets with have your craniokid's birthstone, along with a butterfly pendant. A portion of the proceeds will go toward Craniokids.Org, a support forum for families dealing with craniosynostosis. Look for that coming soon!
